Shares

AS EGCC has issued four types of shares: A, B, C and D, with 1400 playing rights in total.

A shareholder who has paid the playing rights for the season and the club membership fee is subject to several benefits and discounts for Estonian Golf & Country Club services. See also: Rates & Fees

  • The payment is not required if the shareholder does not use his/her playing right.
  • If the seasonal playing right has been paid, the number of rounds is unlimited for the current year.
  • When paying the seasonal playing right, it does not matter whether the owner of the share is a natural person or a legal entity.
  • All users must be named when paying the seasonal playing right and cannot be changed within a calendar year.
  • The amount of the fee shall be established annually by the board of the golf club.

A-share

  • The payment of one seasonal playing right is accompanied by the benefits and discounts of EGCC services for one named person.
  • One person can become a club member.
  • As an alternative to the seasonal playing right, 25 Sea Course 18-hole vouchers can be purchased with the shareholder’s special offer.

B-share (family share)

  • The payment of two seasonal playing rights is accompanied by the benefits and discounts of EGCC services for up to two named persons.
  • Two persons can become a club member.
  • An alternative to the seasonal playing right, up to 50 Sea Course 18-hole vouchers can be purchased with the shareholder’s special offer.

C-share (small business share)

  • The payment of two seasonal playing rights is accompanied by the benefits and discounts of EGCC services for up to four named persons. It gives the playing right up to two named players a day. The right to nominate more than two players requires the payment of at least two seasonal playing rights.
  • Two persons can become a club member.
  • An alternative to the seasonal playing right, up to 50 Sea Course 18-hole vouchers can be purchased with the shareholder’s special offer.

D-share (large business share)

  • The payment of four seasonal playing rights is accompanied by the benefits and discounts of EGCC services for up to eight named persons. It gives the playing right up to four named players a day. The right to nominate more than four players requires the payment of at least four seasonal playing rights.
  • Four persons can become club members.
  • As an alternative to the seasonal playing right, up to 100 Sea Course 18-hole vouchers can be purchased with the shareholder’s special offer.
