On Thursday, June 20, 2024, an extraordinary event took place in Jõelähtme – KOOS gallery, together with the Estonian Golf & Country Club, which opened Estonia’s first permanent outdoor sculpture gallery.
KOOS gallery had a dream about a permanent outdoor gallery where the sculptural artist can live out loud and in big dimensions. It is a platform where sculptural art can grow to new heights.
The purpose of the outdoor gallery is to create a fundamental platform for sculptors to present and introduce large-format works and to bring outdoor sculpture into focus.
The opening collection presents works by Oliver Soomets, Kalle Pruuden, Argo Männik, Nils Hint, Evelyne Brader-Frank and other artists from KOOS Gallery.
