Dear Golf Enthusiast,

We’ve been waiting for a spell of dry weather to offer our club members and shareholders a guided tour of the new Annika Course fairways.

This Friday, 25 October at noon, we will gather in the seminar room at the EGCC clubhouse (or in the restaurant, should there be a large turnout) for an update on our progress and a look ahead at what’s planned over the next two years.

Between 1 pm and 2 pm, there will be an opportunity to walk the Annika Course (still without golf clubs or balls for now) in the company of guides Mait Schmidt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS EGCC, and Gary Johnston, architect at European Golf Design.

Gary, who was also the architect of the Marco Simone course for the most recent Ryder Cup, visits us every few months during the construction period to ensure that the course—designed in collaboration with Annika Sörenstam and European Golf Design—meets the very highest standards.

For those unable to join us this time, the next tour is expected to take place around Midsummer 2025, by which point further progress will have been made on the course construction.

The weather on Friday is currently looking pleasant, so there should be time for a round of golf after the walk. The Sea Course will remain open until 27 October inclusive, while the Stone Course will stay open until the first snowfall.

See you on the tour!

Registration is now closed.
