The Annika Course is being developed in collaboration with European Golf Design and architect Gary Johnston, renowned for designing Marco Simone—the host venue of the most recent Ryder Cup..

Be Part of Building a World-Class Course

We invite you to contribute to the creation of this landmark project. All shareholders will have their names engraved in stone at the Annika Course—a lasting tribute for future generations and a symbol of their role in bringing the course to life.

Only 50 Class A shares are being made available to the public. Each share is priced at €10,000. The same valuation applies to the majority shareholder, International Baltic Golfmarina AS, which is acquiring 700 shares.

As of mid-July, 12 shares have found new owners: Jaan Koppel, Urmas Isok, Kirill Mavrodiev, Jaen Uussalu, Jüri Ross, Jaano Haidla, Mart Relve, Ain Hanschmidt, Viljar Arakas, Aadu Polli, Mati Polli and Hanno Kross.

As of year-end 2024, EGCC’s balance sheet totalled €9.1 million. Upon completion of the new course, the club’s book value is projected to reach €15 million. Phase I of the share offering is expected to conclude in December 2025.
