AS EGCC has issued four types of shares: A, B, C and D. A description of the different share types can be seen below.
AS EGCC has issued 1400 playing rights in total.
A shareholder has a lifelong playing right on the golf courses of AS EGCC.
The playing right can also be rented to another player.
To enjoy the playing right, attached to ownership of a share, the shareholder shall pay an annual golf course maintenance fee (the amount of the fee shall be established annually by the board of the golf club), see the maintenance fee amounts below. The payment of the maintenance fee is not required if the shareholder does not make use of his/her playing right.
If the maintenance fee has been paid, the number of games is unlimited for the current year.

Alternative financial investment
This investment may be regarded as a financial investment.
The purchaser of the shares acquires an opportunity to exchange them for single day tickets.
It can be compared with coupons paid in case of bills of exchange or dividends paid in case of shares.
In such case, the shareholder shall pay the annual maintenance fee of the golf course.
At the same time, this investment enables the purchaser to profit if and when the share price increases.
The shares of the golf club are not freely negotiable on the market, although they are freely transferable.
The practice of other golf clubs around the world will suggest that in the course of time the price of shares will increase,
due to the great demand for the shares.
